At QPrice Clothing, we aim to make buying quality second-hand jackets simple, affordable, and reliable.

We currently operate as an online-only store and offer local delivery in selected Pretoria areas, with courier options available for customers in the rest of South Africa.

Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery in selected Pretoria areas. Delivery availability and cost may depend on your location and will be confirmed during checkout or when your order is placed.

For customers outside our local delivery area, we use courier services where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Local Pretoria delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Courier delivery to other areas in South Africa usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier, delivery address, and service availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown at checkout where applicable.

Selected local deliveries may qualify for free delivery. If free delivery applies, this will be confirmed before payment or at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Because our jackets are second-hand and usually one-of-one items, availability is limited to the specific product listed. Once a product is sold, it may not be available again.

Condition of Products

All jackets sold by QPrice Clothing are second-hand unless clearly stated otherwise.

We do our best to inspect, clean, photograph, and describe each item accurately. Minor signs of previous use may be present, including light wear, small marks, or minor fabric ageing. Any major visible flaws will be mentioned in the product description or shown in the product photos where possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is materially different from the description, damaged in a way that was not disclosed, or the wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• unworn after delivery
• unused
• in the same condition received
• returned with any original tags or packaging supplied by QPrice Clothing, where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are second-hand and individually listed, we do not accept returns for:

• change of mind
• incorrect size chosen by the customer, where the size was listed
• minor second-hand wear that was visible in the photos or mentioned in the description
• items damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Courier or delivery fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by QPrice Clothing.

Return Courier Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as the wrong item being sent or an undisclosed major defect, QPrice Clothing will assist with reasonable return delivery arrangements.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return courier costs.
